^ Go Up
After you have purchased the SpiderUI, you will receive a product key via email within 1-2 business days. This product key is required for the installation of the SpiderUI.

Where can I use the control?
^ Go Up
The SpiderUI control is written in C# targeting the .NET Compact Framework 1.1.  The component has design time support for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003

What is Designer Support?
^ Go Up
Designer Support indicates that the SpiderUI control will show up in the "Tool Box" of the Microsoft Visual Studio when designing Forms. This feature allows a developer to drag the SpiderUI control on to a Form.

Is there sample code?
^ Go Up
Yes.  There is sample code in C# and VB.NET that demonstrate the features of the SpiderUI.

Why do my images appear squished?
^ Go Up
This is a result of auto-scaling that is enabled by default in the SpiderUI.  When you call the SetSpiderNodeImages() method with an ImageList, there is an "autoScale" parameter that controls the auto-scaling of your images.  Set it to FALSE and your images will not be scaled to the size of a node (25x25).  Please note that it will be clipped to a maximum of 40x40.

Please see the "Sports" Spider in the sample code for a demonstration of this method call that uses an ImageList with no auto-scaling.
